Hi, I'm Daniel

During my business informatics studies I was already traveling a lot and discovered my true passion: exploring the world and its cultures. What started as short breaks quickly became a way of life.

I'm especially fascinated by the underwater world. As an SSI certified Stress & Rescue Diver with 70+ dives, scuba diving has given me a completely new perspective on our planet. From Thailand's coral reefs to Mexico's cenotes – every dive is a new adventure. Even though I spend more time backpacking than underwater, diving remains one of my greatest passions.

Besides diving I love exploring new regions by motorcycle. The freedom on two wheels and the ability to stop spontaneously and find hidden spots makes every trip special. In 9 years of travel I've visited 40+ countries and learned that the best moments are often unplanned.
